Wedding

Today Khim - the manager at Cafe Eden - got married to Ravy. For her, the day started at 5.30am with the first of many make-up, hair and dress putting-on sessions. For him, it was a little later with less of a transformation to worry about but just as many costume changes. For me, it was 7am with a bike ride and then joining in the fruit parade half an hour later.....

Guests bring in fruit to lay before the couple as symbols of fruitfulness to come...

Then there's a series of ceremonies until finally the couple are offically wed...

....and it's time for the dancing girls, the singers and the food.

And then rest. Until the evening doo. And the final costume change.....

.....and whoops of celebration :-)
