Recipes

Haven't done much since getting back from Svay Rieng apart from catch up with jobs, faff about and cook. Tonight I'm writing my newsletter so am slightly distracted and struggling to come up anything worthy of blogging. Not wanting to leave it for another day though, here's a pic of some Vietnamese recipes I tried out tonight:

Chicken and cashew nuts, tomato sauce and sweet and sour sauce. Not bad. Am getting ready for some hostility hospitality this Christmas so best try them out on myself first. The washing up can wait though. Have writing to do....
