Crowning conversion
Since watching the Epic Arts "Moto Moto" play, I've been putting on my bike helmet like a crown. And each time I've set off, felt poised like a Queen in the mad moto anarchy of Phnom Penh's streets.
Just as well really, cos on Saturday morning I took a bit of a tumble and came down with a right royal whack on the road. Which wasn't exactly poised or Queenly but at least sovereignly cushioned by the crown.
Thankfully the road was quiet so no further collision ensued. And I was able to regally set off again, side swathed with road rash but at least a head in tact.
A big thanks, then, to the Epic Arts "Moto Moto" crew. For being the catalyst to my crowning conversion. And, I hope, the herald to many others too.
