Happy

Twas a very happy day yesterday. Was in Kampot at a very unboring board meeting with the folk at Epic Arts. Was asked to join the board last year to replace the last sounding-board-person for the creative arts. A huge honour, honestly. They're amazing people doing amazing things. Really enjoyed the rest of the day too ....lunch at the Epic Arts caff in town, a movement workshop in their fab dance/drama space......

....and then a performance of their latest show: "Moto Moto". All about road safety and the importance of wearing a helmet....

I went to see the show the other week when they were in Phnom Penh and it had its effect. Cried at the death scene and then went out to buy a bicycle helmet to replace the last one that fell apart, too long ago now to be an excuse.
