Crepes

Well, that was a good night. The two youngest members of the World Horizons team, Aurore and Helen, and the two oldest, Jim and Agnes, have just been over to celebrate the girls' half-way-through-their-six-month-placement and their imminent departure to Thailand tomorrow for a two week break.

Felt a bit like Christmas. Lots of music playing outside with Khmer New Year nearly upon us (officially this Sunday, Monday and Tuesday), grey skies threatening a storm and the random flow of banter from the death of Maggie Thatcher, the UK riots two years ago and how to banish frizzy hair in the current climate of rising humidity.

Really good crepes too. Cooked by a proper French person. Thanks Aurore :-)
